How do we quote and work?
For most jobs we start with a site visit, because a fair price depends on the ground, the drainage and the access. After that you receive a written quote that describes the work in plain terms, so you can compare it with others.
We point out anything that needs permission, such as a dropped kerb or the front garden rules, at the start of the job, not at the end. Ask your council to confirm the details for your street.
On the day, we tell you what is happening, how long to keep vehicles and people off the surface and how to look after it afterwards. If something changes, we talk to you before going ahead.
